**Position**:Rigger-1 (Aramco Certified)

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on ARAMCO projects or similar large-scale construction sites.
- Knowledge of OSHA or other international safety standards.
- Ability to read and understand rigging diagrams and load charts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Rigging and Lifting Operations**: Perform rigging and lifting operations for various equipment and materials, including setting up and inspecting rigging gear, hoists, and cranes as per project requirements.
- **Aramco Standards Compliance**: Ensure all rigging work complies with ARAMCO regulations, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- **Inspection and Maintenance**: Inspect and maintain rigging equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe working condition. Report any damage or issues to the supervisor.
- **Load Calculation**: Accurately calculate load weights, center of gravity, and select the appropriate rigging equipment to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
- **Safety Protocols**: Follow all safety protocols and use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during rigging activities. Ensure that all lifting operations are conducted with zero incidents.
- **Team Coordination**: Work in close coordination with crane operators, rigging supervisors, and other construction personnel to ensure smooth execution of lifting operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper records and reports for rigging operations, including load charts, daily checklists, and maintenance logs.
- **Training and Mentorship**: Assist in training junior riggers and ensure that they adhere to safety and operational standards.
- **Emergency Response**: Be prepared to act in case of emergencies, providing assistance with lifting operations and responding to any issues or accidents on-site.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Certification**: ARAMCO Certified Rigger-1 or equivalent certification from an accredited training provider.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in rigging and lifting operations, with a focus on ARAMCO projects or similar large-scale industrial projects.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of rigging principles, load calculations, and rigging equipment, as well as ARAMCO-specific standards and safety protocols.
- **Physical Fitness**: Excellent physical condition, able to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify potential safety hazards before rigging operations begin.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to interact effectively with the team, crane operators, and supervisors.
- **Safety Focus**: A strong commitment to following safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment.
