**Position**:Rigger-3 (Aramco Certified)

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working on ARAMCO projects or in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of international safety standards such as OSHA or similar.
- Ability to read rigging diagrams, load charts, and lifting plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Rigging Support**: Assist in rigging and securing loads for lifting, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO safety standards and project requirements.
- **Equipment Inspection**: Perform daily inspections of rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, cranes, etc.) to ensure they are in good working condition and fit for use. Report any defects or issues immediately.
- **Load Handling**: Assist in the handling of loads, including attaching rigging gear to equipment or materials, ensuring that the loads are properly secured for lifting.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring that rigging operations are conducted safely, with particular attention to ARAMCO’s safety guidelines and industry best practices.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with senior riggers, crane operators, and other construction personnel to facilitate smooth rigging and lifting operations.
- **Signal Communication**: Provide hand signals and communicate with the crane operator and team members during lifting operations to ensure the load is lifted and placed correctly and safely.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of rigging operations, including inspections and maintenance of rigging gear, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- **Assist with Training**: Assist in mentoring and training junior riggers, ensuring they understand and follow proper rigging techniques and safety protocols.
- **Emergency Response**: Act quickly and efficiently in the event of any incidents or emergencies, providing support in handling safety or rigging-related issues on-site.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Certification**: ARAMCO Certified Rigger-3 or equivalent certification from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rigging, with a focus on ARAMCO projects or similar large-scale industrial construction sites.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with rigging techniques, rigging equipment, and load calculations. Understanding of ARAMCO safety and rigging standards.
- **Physical Fitness**: Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in challenging conditions.
- **Communication**: Clear communication skills, especially for coordinating with crane operators and other team members during rigging and lifting operations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to inspect and identify defects in rigging equipment, ensuring that all gear is safe to use.
- **Safety Awareness**: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
