**Purpose**:

- To generate new Home Loan leads.
- To meet all allocated customers in person.
- To increase the sales in the branch.
- To handle service issue post sales.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:

- To be aware of Home Loan process and its business.
- Responding to the customer queries and grievances and providing timely information and redressal.
- Ensuring committed numbers are achieved.

**Experience**: 0-2 year prior working experience in Home Loan.

**Educational Requirements**: Any graduate with any specialization with an aggregate of 50% or above.

**Skills Required**:

- Good Communication skills.
- Have interest in field sales.
- Age below 30.

**Salary**: ₹10,239.35 - ₹25,878.12 per month
