**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers for housing finance products.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients, explaining the benefits and features of our housing finance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the housing industry.
- Stay updated on the company's housing finance products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, sales or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the housing finance industry.
- **Experience in housing loans**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks within the housing industry.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and industry trends.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job location: Palakkad and Thrissur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend only

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
