
Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive (minimum 2+ years).
- Degree in MBA or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in software sales is an advantage.
- Sales experience with IIOT products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required.
