**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Fire Safety and Services**

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to the fire safety and services industry, leveraging existing networks and establishing new client relationships.

2. Cultivate strong rapport with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

3. Utilize market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth within the fire safety sector.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives, aligning efforts with organizational objectives.

5. Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

6. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product offerings and service delivery based on client feedback and market dynamics.

7. Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold the highest quality standards in all business operations.

8. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities within the dynamic landscape of fire safety and services.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the fire safety and services industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,106.83 - ₹30,084.34 per month
