**Job Title**: Zumba / Dance Fitness Instructor

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Zumba / Dance Fitness Classes**: Design and conduct engaging Zumba and dance fitness classes for participants of all fitness levels.

**Create Choreography**: Develop fun and energetic dance routines that blend various dance styles with fitness elements, ensuring a dynamic and enjoyable workout experience.

**Motivate Participants**: Inspire and motivate class participants to reach their fitness goals by providing encouragement, support, and positive reinforcement throughout each session.

**Ensure Safety**: Maintain a safe and inclusive environment by monitoring participants' form and technique, offering modifications as needed, and adhering to all safety guidelines.

**Provide Excellent Customer Service**: Build strong relationships with class participants by offering personalized attention, listening to their feedback, and providing assistance and guidance as required.

**Promote Classes**: Assist in promoting Zumba and dance fitness classes through various channels, such as social media, flyers, and community outreach, to attract new participants and retain existing ones.

**Qualifications**:
**Certification**: Hold a valid certification in Zumba or a relevant dance fitness program.

**Experience**: Previous experience teaching Zumba or dance fitness classes is preferred but not required. Passion and enthusiasm for dance and fitness are essential.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants and create a positive class environment.

**Energetic and Enthusiastic**: High energy levels and a contagious enthusiasm for fitness and dancing.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members to promote a supportive and cohesive team environment.

**Reliability**: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for this role.
