Job Overview: As a Group Fitness Instructor at ARC909 Fitness and Dance Studio, you will be responsible for leading high-energy, engaging, and safe group fitness classes that help our members achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead group fitness classes: You will be responsible for leading a variety of group fitness classes, such as dance fitness, cardio, strength training, and more. You will need to create and deliver fun, challenging, and safe workouts that cater to a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.

Plan and prepare for classes: You will need to plan and prepare for each class, including selecting appropriate music, designing effective workout routines, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and set up.

Demonstrate proper form and technique: As a group fitness instructor, you must demonstrate proper form and technique for all exercises and movements to ensure that participants are performing them safely and effectively.

Provide modifications and challenges: You will need to provide modifications for participants who may have injuries or physical limitations and offer challenges for those who want to take their fitness to the next level.

Build relationships with members: You will be responsible for building positive relationships with members, getting to know their fitness goals and needs, and offering support and motivation to help them reach their goals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment: You will need to maintain a clean and safe workout environment by ensuring that equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly and that all safety protocols are followed.

Attend staff meetings and trainings: You will need to attend staff meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on new fitness trends, techniques, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Current group fitness instructor certification from an accredited organization.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and engage participants.
- Ability to create and deliver effective and safe workout routines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
