As a **Soft Skills Trainer** at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the soft skills of individuals, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence. You will work closely with learners, employees, and clients to assess their training needs and provide engaging, practical, and impactful learning experiences that foster personal and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Training Delivery**: Conduct interactive workshops, seminars, and training sessions on soft skills topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and more.
- ** Curriculum Development**: Design and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments tailored to the needs of participants.
- ** Needs Assessment**: Work with learners or client organizations to identify training requirements and customize programs accordingly.
- ** Interactive Learning**: Foster a positive learning environment through engaging activities, group discussions, role-plays, and real-life case studies.
- ** Feedback & Improvement**: Provide constructive feedback to participants and help them identify areas for personal development. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- ** Coaching & Mentoring**: Offer one-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions to address individual learning needs and support participants in achieving their goals.
- ** Performance Reporting**: Track the progress of participants, prepare training reports, and provide insights to management on the impact of soft skills training.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 1+ years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, or related fields.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- ** Training Expertise**: Knowledge of key soft skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and time management.
- ** Presentation & Facilitation**: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- ** Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create a positive learning environment.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to tailor training methods to suit different learning styles and participant levels.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Creative and critical thinking skills to solve challenges faced by participants in real-life scenarios.
