**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Purchase Entries**: Recording day-to-day sales and purchase transactions in Tally and simillar softaware like a tally
- **Invoice Generation**: Preparing GST-compliant invoices for customers.
- **E-Way Bill Creation**: Generating E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Performing periodic bank reconciliation.
- **Accounting Entries**: Ensuring accurate ledger postings and journal entries.
- **GST Filing Support**: Assisting in monthly/quarterly GST return preparation and filing.
- **Document Management**: Organizing and maintaining records of all financial transactions.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**: Proficiency in using Tally for accounting and compliance work.
- **Basic Accounting Knowledge**: Understanding of accounting principles and entries.
- **GST Knowledge**: Awareness of GST rules, invoice formats,
- **MS Excel**: Working knowledge of Excel for reporting and data management.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
