This role involves entering, updating, and verifying data to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company portal or relevant databases.
- Verify the accuracy of entered information and resolve any discrepancies
- Organize and manage data files to ensure easy retrieval and access
- Perform routine data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency
- Generate reports and create data sets as requested by team members or the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation)
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
