We’re now looking to strengthen our business development efforts by hiring a dynamic **Marketing Executive** who can bring in new clients, especially from a **consulting or solution-selling background**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Promote software products and IT services to business clients (SMEs, corporates, consultants, agencies).
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to generate business leads.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
- Plan and execute lead generation and marketing campaigns in the local region.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
- Maintain client database and prepare weekly marketing reports.
- **2-3 years** of experience in **marketing, client servicing, or business development**, preferably from a **consultancy, IT solutions, or B2B services background**.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand software solutions and pitch them effectively to clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales/marketing targets.
- Good local network and familiarity with the Kolkata market.
- Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm or IT/Software company.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
