**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Planning**: Develop innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural designs for both commercial and operational spaces (e.g., production facilities, offices, retail environments).
- **Sustainability Focus**: Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable building practices, materials, and technologies that support our plant-based philosophy and environmental goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sustainability consultants, engineers, product developers, and project managers, to integrate the brand’s mission and goals into every aspect of design.
- **Research and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sustainable architecture, plant-based innovations, and green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
- **Space Planning**: Ensure all designs are efficient, maximize space usage, and are optimized for both production and customer experiences while reflecting the values of our plant-based brand.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure all designs adhere to financial constraints.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
- **Prototyping & Visualization**: Create 3D models, renderings, and prototypes to present design concepts effectively.
- **Construction Oversight**: Assist in the construction process to ensure that architectural designs are implemented accurately, on time, and within budget.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in architectural design.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL, Passive House).
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively through presentations, drawings, and models.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes and environmental regulations.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: LEED AP, WELL AP, or other relevant green building certifications..
- **Creative Vision**: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to architectural design that align with the company’s values and mission.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
