**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture and interior spaces.
- Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
- Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and sketches to produce 3D models with accuracy and detail.
- Work on interior layouts, furniture placements, and decorative elements to enhance the visual appeal.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to improve output quality and efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D modelling focused on architecture and interiors.
- Proficiency in **3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino** (any one mandatory), along with rendering engines such as **V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion**.
- Working knowledge of **AutoCAD** and ability to read architectural drawings.
- Experience with **Unreal Engine** or **Unity** is a plus.
- Strong eye for detail, proportion, lighting, and material accuracy.
- Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in real-time visualization and AR/VR integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows (Revit) is an added advantage.
- Passionate about architecture, interiors, and design storytelling.
- A strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior projects.
