**Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate and detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop construction documents, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
- Interpret architectural concepts, sketches, and design briefs
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Revise drawings based on feedback and markups
- Maintain drawing standards and organization of project files

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a draftsperson in an architectural or interior design setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); familiarity with other design software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and interior fit-out drawings
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
- Experience with local building codes and construction practices
- Experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.) is a plus
