**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **inbound and outbound calls** from Australian clients professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
- Provide detailed information about services, resolve issues, and guide customers towards suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, aligning with the company’s quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in English**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience in customer support** (preferably for international clients).
- Ability to work during **early morning shifts** (2:30 AM, 4:30 AM, or 6:00 AM).
- Strong **interpersonal skills** and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with handling **Australian clients** is an added advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: From ₹25,086.00 per month
