**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all administrative functions, academic operations, and student affairs.
- Develop and implement educational programs, curriculum plans, and teaching methods that align with the institution's vision and goals.
- Foster a positive, creative, and inclusive school culture that promotes high standards of performance in both academic and extracurricular activities.
- Oversee the hiring, development, and evaluation of faculty and staff members.
- Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure optimal use and growth.
- Maintain relationships with parents, students, and the community to ensure their involvement in school activities and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant education laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in student achievement, staff performance, and overall school operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Experience**: 10-15+ years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in the arts or performing arts education. Proven track record of success in managing schools or educational institutions.
- **Education**: A relevant educational background, such as a Master's degree in Education, Arts Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in school leadership or educational administration are a plus.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on strategic planning, conflict resolution, and team building.
- **Communication**: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- **Visionary**: Ability to inspire students, faculty, and staff, while fostering a culture of excellence in the performing arts.
- **Cultural Awareness**: A strong appreciation for the performing arts, fashion, and the broader cultural landscape, with the ability to integrate creativity into educational programs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Industry Experience**: Familiarity with the fashion and entertainment industries is a plus.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
