Responsibilities and Duties

Lead Procurement considering cost prudence, budget adherence, cost savings through prompt, efficient and cost-effective procurement of the right quality products/ services -
Execute full sourcing from supplier selection, RFP/Bid review,
negotiation, contract execution
negotiate purchase agreements and contracts and ensure
procurement remains within the approved budget focusing on quality,
delivery, cost containment and process improvement
Supports as necessary, contractual terms and conditions for review by legal, leveraging latest thinking in contracting methods to minimize
risk and maximize advantage
Perform risk management for contracts and agreements
Identify and shortlist vendors for services required across functions
like Network, Data Centre, IT, HSSE, HR etc. based on various norms
including HSSE guidelines
IT Procurement and Contracts - Hardware, System (ERP, Billing and
Other systems and licenses, CRs) and Services (storages, cloud,
infrastructure, outsourcing etc.)
Ensure strict compliance with policy, regulations and standards and
delegations of authority.
Experience in IT / Network Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
