Job Description: Sales Executive (Male)

**Salary**: 22,000 - 28,000 INR per month

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automobile industry
- Graduation degree
- Must possess a two-wheeler for transportation

Company Overview:
We are a manufacturing company specializing in spray paints for cars, tractors, and other automotive vehicles. Our clientele includes renowned brands such as Maruti, Hyundai, and Mahindra.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Sales Generation:

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Identify potential customers and build a strong network of clients within the assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Order Management:

- Secure and execute orders from clients directly and through Distributors/Dealers network.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Marketing and Technical Support:

- Provide marketing support by promoting the company's product range to direct users and customers.
- Assist in product demonstrations, conduct technical presentations, and obtain sample approvals from customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Payment and Documentation:

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Expedite the processing of statutory forms and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

5. Miscellaneous:

- Handle any additional tasks or assignments as assigned by the management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Good knowledge of B2B sales processes and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with the automobile industry and understanding of automotive spray paint products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
