**1. Costing and Samples sharing with BD Team** : Collecting costing from all the connected variable printers, compiling it and sharing it with the BD team. Also adding the development charges according to the clients requirements.

**2. Labels Quality & Approval**:

- Taking care of the Artwork depending on the clients needs, getting it approved for the agreed costing. Making sure the label's quality is best and is approved by the client. Preparing COA.

**3. Packaging & Shipping** : Finding the best courier service, providing best costing and delivery times, calculating vendor charges, getting all the documents required for shipping in proper order. Packing the material so that it doesn't get damaged during transit.

**4. Accounts** : Getting the invoices prepared. Sharing the quotations, freight charges, transporters IDs, purchase Invoices, and purchase order for the proper invoices and the eway bills (If Required) with the accounts department. Collecting and sharing all the Vendor bills with the accounts department. Getting legal agreements and contracts made in collaboration with the Accounts department.

**5. Printers Onboarding** : Finding and onboarding variable printers and offset printers from all over India. Preferable Delhi NCR. Meeting them, Onboarding them. Sharing the contract with them.

**6. Client Interactions** : Taking handover of the client from BD after the BD team shares the MOM. Keeping the client on track of the development.

**7. Post Sales** : Sending weekly reports to all the clients and taking post sales reviews and making updates and changes according to the client and keeping the client happy.

**8. Admin** : Includes registering & verifying client's company documents. Verifying & registering various products, Generating codes against them. Service subscription. Verifying them and sharing them with the printer. It includes work on the vendor dashboard and the admin dashboard at the same time.
