As a Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle, and optimizing client satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-sales service.

Manage and maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions and data accurately.

Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare and analyze CRM reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Monitor payment schedules and assist customers with any billing-related queries.

Ensure all communications with customers are clear, consistent, and aligned with brand values.

Organize and conduct customer meetings, site visits, and feedback sessions.

Act as a liaison between clients and the company, building and nurturing strong relationships.
