The Chief Accounts Officer (CAO) will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of an educational institution and also manages the financial health and stability of the institution, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the institution’s growth and success.

The job description of a Chief Accounts Officer typically includes the following responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the financial strategy and goals for the institution, ensuring that they align with the overall business objectives.

2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and regularly update forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

4. Cash Management: Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to ensure adequate liquidity and minimize financial risk.

5. Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage the organization's tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

6. Audit and Internal Controls: Ensure the organization's financial statements are audited regularly and that effective internal controls are in place to safeguard the organization's assets.

7. Team Management: Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and growth.

8. Work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and analysis that support informed decision-making.

**Salary**: From ₹45,000.00 per month
