Lead the 2W category operations for Chennai by ensuring business grows profitably while ensuring the experience on the platform is met for customers & partners profitably.

**Roles**
- Vendor Sourcing: Actively identify, source, and onboard new vendors to enhance the service offerings and capabilities.
- Vendor Onboarding: Guide vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully integrated into the system, aligned with operational standards, and compliant with payment recovery.
- Daily Operations: Handle the day-to-day operations by monitoring and addressing any operational challenges to ensure smooth business processes.
- Vehicle Allocation: Manage and allocate vehicles for orders based on vendor availability, ensuring optimal delivery efficiency.
- Vendor and Customer Coordination: Maintain open and effective communication with both vendors and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the order process.
- Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance, ensure quality standards are met.

**Skills**
- Involves understanding and using the basic functions of Microsoft Excel, such as creating spreadsheets, entering data, using formulas (like SUM, AVERAGE), formatting cells, and sorting or filtering data. These skills are essential for handling numbers, and performing basic data analysis.
- Negotiation Skills:

- These involve the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements between parties. Strong negotiation skills include active listening, clear communication, empathy, problem-solving, and persuasion. Effective negotiators understand the needs of both sides and work toward a compromise that satisfies both parties.
