
Ticketing & Reservation Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage Air and Hotel Reservations: Handle both domestic and international bookings for corporate clients, utilizing Galileo and/or Amadeus to process flight, hotel, and travel packages.
- Coordinate with Airlines, Hotels, and Vendors: Liaise with travel partners to secure competitive rates, ensuring seamless booking operations and adherence to corporate travel policies.
- Ensure Accuracy and Timeliness: Manage changes, cancellations, and special client requests, ensuring bookings, modifications, and travel documents are accurate and timely.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction and improve overall travel experience.
- Handle Administrative and Documentation Tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, payments, and customer communications, ensuring smooth operational flow.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is required.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in ticketing and reservations, focusing on both domestic and international bookings. Experience in managing tours will be a plus.
- Certification in Galileo and/or Amadeus reservation systems is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong customer service orientation and keen attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently and collaboratively within a team is essential, particularly in the corporate travel industry and MICE sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software is required.
- Previous experience in the international travel sector is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
