Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote financial services offered by Acarus Financial Services.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about the company’s financial products.
- Schedule appointments for meetings between clients and financial advisors.
- Maintain a database of customer calls and update CRM systems with feedback.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by the company.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
- **Education**: Minimum qualification of High School/Diploma; graduation preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM software.
- **Preferred**: Prior experience in the financial services industry or familiarity with banking and investment products.
