Urgent requirement for *Purchase executive*

Salary : *22k to 30k* for experience *5yr*

Job Location: *Neemrana*
- Daily, weekly & monthly progress review/monitoring and reporting timely before EOD.
- Daily get the request from the project manager for material requirement in writing
- Enquiry to the specified vendors -Prepare the cost comparison of the

quote received from the vendors -Negotiation with the vendors for lowest price
- Conveyance the vendor as per our

SE) terms & condition for the payments
- Released PO to the qualified vendor
- Make sure the quality of the product/equipment should be as per PO

(For Major Items)
- Follow up with the vendors for delivery of material at site on time
- Negotiate with the contractors for lowest working price. -Cost Saving on raw material as well as

the equipment.
- New Vendor Development for the interaction with new parties and for

smooth work culture. -Convince the contractor as per our

SE) terms & condition for the payments

against the PO/WO. -Convince the contractor to get our
SE) terms & condition for the payments
against the PO/WO.
- Convince the contractor to get the material delivered in the credit terms and conditions with the lower rate of term in the market scenario.
- Prepare the PO of the contractors as well as register the new vendor with all details and take the NOC for the GSTR of vendor.
- PO should be authorized by the Authorized Signatory / MD before issuance.
- Timely share the PO to the -Send the immediate observation report to the vendor in case of any issue like delay in delivery / quality with the material.
- Follow up with Project team/ accounts for payments of vendors as per the PO/

WO terms.
- Detailed sheet of all the PO's and its cost center as per the Agreement received from client and issued to Contractor / Vendor.
- Detailed Cost report of all the projects ( Sale, Purchase & Execution Included)..
