Position Description

Admin & General Affairs

General knowledge of SAP/ ERP

Detailed Scope of Responsibilities
- Having knowledge of booking flights, train, and Hotel accommodations.
- Check and prepare all third monthly bills as per the agreement.
- Prepare monthly inventory data for (Uniforms, Shoes & other. PPE, etc.)
- General purchase indirect items - generate Indent (PR)
- Knowledge of 5s and Kaizen
- Handling security - Daily Monitoring
- Transport Management day-to-day coordination

Having Time office and compliance exposure shall be value-added.

Required Qualification MBA/ MSW

Work Experience 1-3 Years

Preferred Industrial Experience Japanese Automotive

Compensation As per Industry

Skills Sets and Special Competency

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PPT
- Having good typing skills
