**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Himalayas+1Kaplan Community Career Center+1
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.Indeed+1Kaplan Community Career Center+1
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing analytical support to management.Himalayas
- **Compliance & Audit Support**: Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and industry standards; assist in the internal and external audit processes.Kaplan Community Career Center
- **Tenant Billing & Collections**: Oversee tenant billing and collections, including rent, utilities, and other charges.Kaplan Community Career Center
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage property cash flows and funding requirements.Kaplan Community Career Center
- **Process Improvement**: Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls to improve efficiency.Kaplan Community Career Center
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Coordinate with property managers, attorneys, and other stakeholders on financial matters.HR Blade

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
