Accounts Executive cum Back Office Co-ordinator (1)
Work Experience: 2+ years in Accounting Tally Prime ERP Software.
Education: Graduate
Computer Software’s: MS Excel - very important, MS Word
Responsibilities:
Day to day accounting vouchers in Tally Prime ERP. Purchase Entry, Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, create Purchase Orders, Voucher Entry.
Payment Receipt Entry, Bank Reconciliation
Follow up with Customers for Payment.
Co-ordinate with Transporter / Logistics / Vendors for incoming material status.
Follow up with Vendors & Customer for pending orders.
Maintaining Transactions Data in Excel and keeping it updated on daily basis for new Purchase Orders, Vendor and Customer database.
Prepare Quotation and Test Reports in Excel.
Assist in any other office activities as required like scanning documents, etc.
*Knowledge of GST Return, TDS and Income Tax will be beneficial.
Joining: Immediate.
1st Interview: Over Zoom / Teams Meeting
2nd Interview: In Person at Vile Parle Office.
Salary : Depends on experience, as per industry standard.
