ROLE: Handle Purchase of components, parts and raw materials for Electrical/Electronics

As a Purchase executive you are responsible for Purchase related activities. you will work closely with Design & Development, Accounts, QC, Stores, Sales & service departments to ensure the objectives of the company are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receipt of Material Request note from Stores/ Respective intendeds along with the requirement details like specification/ make/ Drawings etc.
- Sending the drawings/ Requirements for enquiry to vendors/ Suppliers to get the quotation on-time.
- Preparing the comparative statement of quotation along with Target cost.
- Getting the approval of quotations to release the purchase order to suppliers/ Vendors.
- Updating Smart sheet on daily basis at stage wise on orders/ Tasks/ Delivery.
- Pro-active Follow-up of vendors/ Suppliers to get the part on-time to Store with first time right.
- Making sure Stage inspection/ Inward Inspection are completed on-time by QC team as per plan.
- Visiting Vendors/ Suppliers place to check the job status to keep track on manufacturing. process as per schedule.
- Receiving/ Collecting parts from Vendors/ Suppliers with relevant documents like DC/ Invoice
- Technical clarification to Vendors/ Suppliers by taking inputs from design team.
- Arranging the transportation for the collection of material from vendors/ Suppliers.
- Coordination with stores for consumables and its availability.
- Coordination with CFT team for Vendor/ Supplier evaluation.
- Rework & Rejection parts action initiation with vendors/ Suppliers.

Support Activities:

- Supporting stores for taking Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Yearly stock (Stores & WIP) verification.
- Supporting stores at the time of dispatch.
- Support to assembly team at the time of system assembly

Report to Manager Purchase and Stores:

- Weekly and Monthly KPI report.
- Monthly/Quarterly and Annually purchase order report IO wise.
- On-time delivery reports.
- KPI

**Requirements**:
CANDIDATE
- 1-3 Years in Purchase from a manufacturing company
- Electronics Diploma / ITI

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
