**What this job involves**:
Duties & Responsibilities

Ensuring that all electrical equipment’s (Transformers, UPS, DG, Electrical panel, lift & LSS) operation to be maintained. Daily equipment operation to be done as per the SOP standards. EHS standard knowledge is essential & safety rules to be followed as per the work condition. Implementing and improvements in electrical instruments, components, equipment, or systems. Follow on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, reporting when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks ex: calibration, battery replacement. Ensuring that operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems & specifications. Knowledge in incident management required and to find out the RCA of equipment failure & also to have knowledge about to restoration faults. Maintaining of reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and dashboards. Contribution of implement energy saving plan as per targets shared by the seniors Support in preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. Participation and conducting training in house & OEM team members. Preventive maintenance knowledge is Essential to maintain the all related equipment’s. Maintain the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations;
Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Work towards the ‘ZERO’ down time and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients. BMS System monitoring and response support to be done. Following of escalation procedure if any incidents or abnormalities Responsible to handle the shifts independently on his responsible area

Rounds & Readings.
Daily operational check for Indoor HT Panel & DG, s.
Log Indoor HT Panel (Enercon Energy Meter) reading.
Daily operational check for Main LT panel & Readings
Daily operational check for 110V battery charger Panel
Daily operational check for RTCC panels
Daily operational check for Transformers& Readings (including cleanliness of the area and Operation of OLTC).
Log the Oil Temperature, Winding Temperature and Load details
Complaints Calls
- lightings & power complaint to be attended
Log readings for UPS
All Lab loads should be taken as per the shift
Daily checks for HSD system
A check for all lifts in machine room
Verify of Street lights, Terrace Lights, canopy & tuck shop lights.
Daily Operational checks for Kitchen equipment’s
Daily checks for LSS system
Daily checks for Gas leak detection system
Monitoring the all water tanks levels

Employee Key Competencies
Experience required for ITI holders at least 10 years with 5 years of industrial experience.
Experience required for Diploma holders at least 7 years and above with 3 years of industrial experience
Experience required for BE holders at least 5 years and above with 2 years of industrial experience
Good English communication & interpersonal skills along with local language preferred
Good knowledge in MS office & mail communication
Team player & quick learner attitude
Customer service focus
Committed execution capability and should have sound knowledge in handling service partners.
Government approved Electrical license is must.
Good physical & mentally fitness is must.
