**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Home Management**: Oversee the hiring and management of home staff, including cleaners and other domestic helpers.
- **Personal Errands**: Handle various personal tasks such as banking, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- **Purchasing and Ordering**: Take charge of buying and ordering items needed for personal use and household management.
- **Scheduling**: Maintain and organize the CEO’s personal schedule, ensuring all commitments and appointments are timely managed.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, record keeping, and managing communications.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- **Attributes**: Proactive, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- **Technology**: Comfortable using various software and technology for scheduling and task management.
