**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with leads who registered but did not complete payment for workshops.
- Convince and guide parents/students through the payment and registration process.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM tools with status and remarks.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth lead

management.
- Handle objections professionally and convert potential customers into paid users.
- Share daily/weekly reports on follow-up outcomes and targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in sales or lead conversion roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and any regional language (as required).
- Experience working with targets or sales KPIs.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,511.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
