**Job Title**: Digital Marketing - Content Creator

**Total experience in Sales**: 5+ years

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree / MBA Marketing

**Job location**: Hyderabad

**Salary**:4,30,000 per Annum

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus on creating content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience, while promoting the company's services, expertise, and projects within the construction industry. You will work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Content**: Plan and create engaging social media posts (text, images, and video) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote services, projects, and industry news.
- **Video Content Creation**: Develop video content, such as project walkthroughs, client interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational videos that align with brand messaging and engage viewers.
- **Project Showcases**: Create detailed case studies, project portfolios, and testimonials that highlight successful projects, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise.
- **SEO-Focused Content**: Develop keyword-optimized content to drive organic traffic to the website, improve search engine rankings, and increase visibility in the construction industry.
- **Content Strategy Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
- **Brand Messaging**: Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- **Industry Research**: Stay up to date with industry trends, construction innovations, and competitor content to produce relevant and timely content that resonates with target audiences.
- **Content Performance Analysis**: Monitor and track content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on engagement, conversions, and SEO results.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and distribution of content across all platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of content creation experience, preferably within the construction, architecture, or B2B industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience creating diverse content formats (written, visual, and video) for digital marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms.
- Experience with social media content creation and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or other design/video editing tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction industry terminology, project types, and target audiences.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce innovative content that aligns with business goals.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Video production and editing skills, including basic animation or motion graphics.
