Hiring: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) or Customer Relationship Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

Industry: Interior

**Required : Flexibility to work** **weekends and holidays.**

Locations:
Bangalore: JP Nagar/ HSR Layout/Rajarajeshwari Nagar

Requirement: Fluency in English ,Kannada & Hindi language is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive experience.

Address complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.

Build strong guest relationships and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Train and guide staff to uphold customer service standards.

Oversee daily operations and maintain detailed records of guest interactions.

Prepare satisfaction reports and implement strategies for enhanced guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Attributes: Empathy, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
