Customer Service Representative - Full Time
This is a full-time position with a financial institution. We are looking for someone with experience and a combination of relevant work and education.

**Job Description**:

- Provide exceptional customer service as a telephonic concierge and the main point of contact for the financial institution's high-value customers.
- Handle inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts.
- Assist customers with payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, and fee reversals.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and departments to resolve issues, fulfill customer requests, and respond to inquiries.
- Follow up on escalated or referred service tickets and inquiries.
- Engage with clients to understand their current and future needs and provide updates on solutions.
- Ensure service expectations are met and establish positive rapport with callers for account maintenance and other service-related needs.
- Perform banking transactions and identify opportunities to recommend bank products tailored to each caller's needs.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services, including new offerings and changes.
- Educate new and existing customers about financial offerings and provide referrals for additional services.
- Participate in the client loyalty process, including gathering feedback through surveys and collaborating on action plans to address concerns.
- Optional participation in business reviews to understand clients' strategic direction and expand knowledge of products and services.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and receive detailed instruction on new work
