**General Duties & Responsibilities**: - Providing excellent customer service as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact for high-value customers of the financial institution. - Addressing inquiries and performing account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts. - Assisting customers by initiating payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, and fee reversals. - Collaborating with various internal and external clients and departments to resolve issues, fulfill customer requests, and respond to inquiries. - Following up on escalated or referred service tickets and inquiries from different business functions. - Engaging with clients to understand their current and future needs and discussing progress towards solutions. - Ensuring service expectations are met and building positive relationships with callers regarding account maintenance queries and other servicing needs. - Completing banking transactions and identifying opportunities to market bank products based on each customer's personal needs. - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of relevant products and services and staying updated on new offerings and changes. - Successfully selling, marketing, and sharing information with new and existing customers to educate them about financial offerings. - Referring customers to the managing director or relationship manager for new and additional services. - Participating in the client loyalty process, providing information and encouraging timely survey responses. Participating in follow-up discussions to address concerns. - Attending business reviews to understand clients' strategic direction and gain knowledge about the products and services offered. - Performing other related duties as needed.
