**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Services**:

- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and structured interviews.
- Provide individual, couples, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Monitor and document patient progress; adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards.

**Patient Interaction**:

- Build rapport and trust with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when required.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all mental health regulations, ethical codes, and licensing requirements.
- Prepare reports or summaries for internal and external use as needed.

**Program Contribution**:

- Support the development and implementation of mental health programs within the organization.
- Contribute to the standardization of psychological tools and protocols.
- Offer feedback and insights to enhance overall service quality.

**Collaboration**:

- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (e.g., psychiatrists, medical professionals, wellness coaches).
- Participate in case discussions and team meetings to ensure holistic care.
- Refer clients to appropriate services when necessary (e.g., psychiatric evaluation, social support).

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest research, therapeutic methods, and psychological trends.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as part of continuous learning.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and peer learning activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from a recognized institution.
- **Licensure**: Valid license/registration with a recognized mental health authority or council (e.g., RCI in India).
- **Skills**: Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in psychological documentation and case management.
- **Preferred**: Experience in sexual health, trauma therapy, or working with diverse populations is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
