This role is central to shaping the voice and narrative of a brand, by making the writing both

informative and captivating to meet business goals.

1. Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop comprehensive content strategies and create compelling content
- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy across diverse formats and platforms, such as
- Tailor language, tone, and style to fit the brand’s identity and appeal to the intended

audience.
- Develop slogans, taglines, and catchphrases that resonate and stick in the minds of

consumers.
- Prepare specialised content for doctors, psychologists and other professionals based as per

their instructions

2. Research and Understanding of the Brand
- Understand and align with the brand’s vision, values, tonality, goals, and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and evolving audience demands. and competitor

strategies.
- Gain insight into the services to effectively highlight its benefits and unique selling points

(USPs).
- Adapt the messaging to align with the company’s goals and vision.

3. Content Strategy and Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing team, designers/video editor, and other stakeholders to develop

and execute cohesive content strategies.
- Plan and organize content in alignment with campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal

promotions.
- Ensure all copy supports overall marketing objectives and is integrated into the content

strategy.

4. Editing and Proofreading
- Review, edit, and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Maintain brand voice across all platforms, ensuring consistency in grammar, tone, and style.

5. SEO and Optimization
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases.
- Use SEO techniques to improve the visibility of online content and drive organic traffic.
- Stay updated with SEO trends and best practices to enhance digital content performance.

6. Creativity and Persuasion
- Use storytelling techniques to make content engaging and relatable.
- Create emotional appeal through the choice of words, persuading the audience to take

action (e.g., making a purchase or subscribing).
- Innovate and experiment with language, format, and structure to capture attention and

communicate effectively.

7. Pressure handling and Time Management
- Handle pressure with strong time-management and prioritization skills.

8. Crisis Management
- Ready to manage any crisis by quickly adapting and responding to brand-related issues with

well-crafted, sensitive messaging to protect and uphold the brand’s reputation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
