**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and ideas for advertising campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with clients' brand voice and objectives.
- Research target audiences and market trends to ensure messaging resonates with consumers.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to bring concepts to life visually.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising and copywriting.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands, audiences, and mediums.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and client requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across different mediums and industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for advertising, marketing, and storytelling.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
