**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed psychological assessments related to sexual health issues including performance anxiety, relationship issues, body image concerns, depression, and anxiety.
- Provide individual and couple's therapy tailored to address emotional and psychological challenges.
- Work collaboratively with, psychiatrists, and medical doctors to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with clinic policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in case reviews, continuous learning, and supervision sessions as required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Master’s degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology from a recognized institution.
- RCI registration (for Clinical Psychologists) is preferred but not mandatory for Counseling Psychologists.
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally in clinical or psychosexual health settings.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Strong understanding of sexual health, psychosexual dysfunction, and psychological trauma.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills with sensitivity toward personal and cultural differences.
- High level of empathy, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
- Ability to establish rapport and trust with individuals and couples.
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary setup with doctors and therapists.
- Familiarity with digital documentation and online counseling tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
