Clinical Psychologist for Maldives

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews, behavioral observations, and psychological testing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and counseling.
- Provide evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient contacts, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical psychology and contribute to the development of the mental health services in the Maldives.

**Requirements**:

- PG Diploma in Clinical Psychology/Rehab Psychology (PGDCP) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical psychology practice.
- RCI recognition as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹125,000.00 per month
