Generating daily reports for returns.
- FBA removal tracking and reporting.
- Performing return reconciliation on daily basis and sharing daily reports with supervisor/manager.
- Opening & tracking cases for undelivered returns with eCommerce portals like Amazon/Flipkart and drive them through resolution.
- Opening & tracking cases for damaged and missing shipments with eCommerce portals, and drive them through resolution & reimbursement.
- Categorizing returned products after due inspection, quality check and condition assessment.
- Maintaining a healthy segregated inventory of returned items in the allocated return bins of the warehouse.
- Performing regular physical stock verification of return bins, to match and identify any gaps in the returned product stock reports.
- Required Key Skills
- communication skills are required
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel functions, formulas & reporting.
- Data entry as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
