Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ecommerce operations professional to join our team. As an ecommerce operations manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for ecommerce including updating product catalogues and performing sales activities to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations for ecommerce
  • Update product catalogues
  • Perform sales activities to meet sales targets
  • Cover all ecommerce related activities including listing, forecasting, marketing, order processing, returns handling, etc.
  • Handle multiple ecommerce portals efficiently
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Able to handle emails and respond promptly
  • New and fast-selling products research and analysis
  • Capable of explaining products and providing relevant deals to meet sales targets
  • Strong English writing and reading skills
