We are looking for a Female Content Creator who will be driving consumer acquisition, retention & conversion through effective copy and communication. Ensuring timely delivery of content for smooth execution. Ability to come up with creative ideas.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee social media content
- Research industry-related topics
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools
- Attend educational conferences
- Work with professionals to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SOUTH WEST DELHI, NEW DELHI,, New Delhi - 110075, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
