**Job Summary**:
Maa Pranaam Suvidha Limited, a leading firm specializing in legal compliance services for corporate clients, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Officer to oversee compliance with Indian labor laws. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax, and other applicable labor laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated with changes in Indian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Interpret and communicate regulatory changes to the management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax, and other labor-related laws.
- Coordinate with government authorities for registrations, filings, and audits related to labor laws.

2. **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely reports, returns, and declarations to regulatory authorities.
- Organize and maintain employee records pertaining to PF, ESIC, and other statutory deductions.

3. **Policy Development**:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.

4. **Training and Education**:

- Conduct training sessions for employees and management on labor law compliance requirements.
- Create awareness programs to ensure understanding of labor laws and their implications.
- Provide guidance and assistance to departments in implementing compliance measures effectively.

5. **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Investigate any instances of non-compliance and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor internal controls to prevent violations of labor laws and regulations.

6.**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in labor laws compliance would be advantageous.
- Proven experience (3 to 4 years) in a similar role, preferably in a legal compliance firm or corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Minimum Wages Act, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity and ethical conduct in handling confidential information.
