**Job Role**: - Operations Assistant

**Location of Job**: - Darukhana, Mazgaon

**Languages**: - English, Hindi, Marathi

Remuneration: - 15 to 17000; negotiable

**Age: - **25 and above

**Responsibilities: -**
- Provide relevant data and analysis to the operations team members and Supply Chain Vertical
- Responsible for harmonizing and coordinating supply chain operations by assisting Operations Manager
- Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule
- Close observation of receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance of operations vehicle log books(shipping documents, delivery challan, invoicing)
- Setup layout and ensure efficient fuel utilization and maintenance wrt Operations Vehicles
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of safety, hygiene and security
- Ensure that operation team recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing
- Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain/ coordinators to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for maintaining accurate daily running logs of all transportation and goods.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

**Requirements and skills: -**
- Physically fit, proven work experience as a Operations ( **Preferably : - dock**)/Logistics Assistant
- Two/ Four Wheeler License
- Knowledge of Shipping documents, Vehicle Log Book Maintenance, Delivery Challan and Invoice handling
- Analytical and experience with data analytics and planning
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, ERP, Internet Usage
- Good communication skills

- Mumbai - 400010, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work as operations/ logistics/ warehouse assistant: 2 years (required)
- Operations management: 2 years (preferred)
