Key responsibilities
- **Administration and operations**: Oversee daily school operations, assist the principal with developing school policies, and manage administrative tasks like record-keeping, scheduling, and budget planning.
- **Student welfare**: Handle student discipline, enforce school rules, and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- **Instructional leadership**: Support and monitor teachers and curriculum development, evaluate staff performance, and organize professional development sessions.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between students, parents, and staff, addressing concerns and providing support.
- **Extracurricular and special programs**: Coordinate and oversee extracurricular activities, school events, and programs, such as field trips, sports, and clubs.
- **Strategic planning**: Assist in developing and implementing school improvement plans and strategic initiatives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the school adheres to all educational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and skills
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree is required, often in education, and a master's degree is typically necessary for advancement. A teaching license is usually required.
- **Experience**: Several years of experience in teaching or school counseling is often a prerequisite.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work collaboratively and manage conflict is also crucial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
