**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in the administration and supervision of the school.
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Support the development and implementation of the school’s academic programs and curriculum.
- Evaluate and mentor teachers and staff, providing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Handle student discipline issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.
- Coordinate and supervise extracurricular activities and events.
- Manage school budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations and policies.
- Lead initiatives to improve student achievement and school performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Represent the school at meetings, conferences, and community events in the Principal's absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Administrative certification or credential is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
