**Position Overview**:
Internship Period
- 6 months, upon performance will be hired on rolls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of retention marketing campaigns aimed at improving customer loyalty and engagement.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Help in creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our existing customer base.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the execution of customer feedback surveys and work on strategies to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in retention marketing and customer relationship management.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBM/BBA/MBA with a specialization in marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, particularly in customer retention or relationship management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to customer retention.
